Payment, Delivery & Return
Payment for an order can be made in cash on delivery or in prepayment via your mobile money account (Orange or MTN). The total amount of your purchase takes into account the price of the item plus the cost of delivering that item to the address chosen.
If you choose to pay immediately, you have a maximum period of 24 hours to pay for your order by Mobile Money.

Shipping times for purchased products strictly depend on the customer-provided delivery address at the time of the order.
Delivery costs vary based on the delivery city:
- For Douala and Yaoundé: Delivery costs range from 2,000 FCFA to 4,000 FCFA, with a maximum delivery time of 24 to 48 hours.
For customers who require quick delivery, we are pleased to announce that an express and personalized delivery service will soon be available.
For other cities, delivery is handled through an agency of your choice and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
To provide an optimized shipping cost calculation and ensure a better experience, the following factors are taken into account:
- Delivery Destination: The delivery costs vary depending on the delivery area.
- Weight/Size: Shipping costs are influenced by the weight and volume of the package. Lighter and smaller packages incur lower shipping costs.
- Number of Items: The charges vary based on the number of items in your cart. Overall delivery costs are billed for orders with multiple items.
Currently, the delivery method is only available for the city of Douala, and the option is home delivery.

You have 7 working days following the delivery of your order to return an item.
Steps :
1 – Contact our customer service to check the eligibility of your return on 655853404 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or create your return from your Nimarkt account by clicking on my commands – return – create a return.
2- Drop off your item at a Nimarkt agency if you have been delivered by an agency. If you had been delivered to your home, Nimarkt will organize the collection of your return no later than 48 hours after the return has been created.
3- The article will only be accepted if it is accompanied by its invoice, all its accessories and in its original packaging in good condition.
4- All returned items are subject to verification review.
